The Frugal Gambler Store is the virtual store for Jean Scott and Wolf Gaming Software. We only offer Jean’s quality "frugal-approved" products, hoping to eliminate your guess work in choosing among the many gambling products that are available.

Return/ Exchange/ Guarantee
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any part of your order, you may return or exchange any non-software item within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund (software is exchangeable for the same product only).

Please contact us by e-mail before you return a product. We suggest that you ship returns via UPS or another shipper that provides package tracking. If you use the U.S. Postal Service, we suggest that you insure the package.

Security
All transactions are completely secure because the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We do not at any time store your credit card information on our servers.

Privacy
When you buy from FrugalGambler.biz, your name remains confidential. We will never rent, trade, or sell any of your personal information, including your e-mail address.

Credit Cards
We currently only accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express on our site.

Shipping
We cannot process  foreign orders at this time. Please check back with us, however, as we are currently making arrangements for foreign commerce.

In most cases, we ship and process money orders and credit card orders within one or two business days. Of course, checks take longer to clear. The time it takes for you to receive your order is dependent on many factors, including the shipping distance.

Look at all your shipping options when you order. Which one you choose depends on how much you want to pay, and how quickly you want it delivered.

We offer the following shipping methods...

First-Class Mail - This is the frugal-choice if you are only ordering one software CD or one cassette.  If you are ordering a book or multiple items, and specify First-Class mail, we will ship it Priority Mail, which is actually the higher weight extension of First-Class mail. The USPS states that you should receive this order within 2 to 3 days of the shipping date.

Priority Mail - Offers 1 to 3 day service to most domestic locations. This is best for books and multiple items, if you want your order in a hurry. We recommend  that you use the cheaper first-class mail for only a software CD or cassette.
